Now discontinued, the NordicTrack 2150 may be available for sale online as a used model. If you’re looking for new, I’d recommend the NordicTrack EXP10i, which is priced at $1,699. That said, used models can represent a great deal if purchased right. Be sure to do an inspection of the machine for wear and tear and check the warranty, but otherwise, this could be a good way to get a great model at a discount.

The upside to this model is that the NordicTrack 2150 treadmill brings iPad compatibility and other commercial-quality features to home gym owners. Even when your iPad is attached, you can easily access the treadmill’s own 10” color touchscreen with Android browser. This high-def screen displays gorgeous National Geographic workout videos and can also display iFit workouts. Some other selling points of the 2150 treadmill include an incline, a rare 3% decline, and advanced cushioning. It’s an advanced, yet approachable machine.

Console: The 2150’s console is a major selling point. Boasting the exercise industry’s largest color touchscreen and an Android browser, it displays high-definition video workouts and offers trainees the convenience of reading email or browsing the Internet during workouts. The console also has a convenient shelf sized for an MP3 player.
Workouts: This treadmill includes several workout options. First, high-definition video workouts filmed by National Geographic are built into the console. These feature stunning views of nature plus the motivation of a personal trainer. Second, iFit Live lets you access additional workouts, log your exercise sessions, and even compete in treadmill races with Facebook friends. Third, the 2150 has a Set-a-Goal Workout Center. This function quickly designs workouts by taking your time, distance, and calorie-burning goals into account.
Track: This treadmill’s track is 60” long, so it’s roomy enough for running. It provides exceptional joint protection with QuadFlex Plus cushioning. Additionally, extra-large 3”rollers help extend the track’s life and make its operation remarkably quiet.
Incline/Decline: An incline and decline stimulate additional muscle fibers and help replicate outdoor exercise conditions. The NordicTrack 2150 treadmill inclines by up to 15% and declines by up to 3%.
Heart rate monitoring: Use a wireless chest strap (included) or special handlebar grips to monitor your heart rate.

Warranty: The Commercial 2150 treadmill warranty includes a lifetime guarantee on the motor and frame. Residential customers also get a five-year warranty on parts and two years of service. A separate parts and service warranty is available to commercial customers.

What We Don’t Like:

You know what? We’re actually pretty crazy about this product. In our initial treadmill review for the NordicTrack 2150, we said that the price was too high – but NordicTrack took care of that. This unit is now available for less than $2000 (including delivery!).

What’s not to like? NordicTrack’s Commercial 2150 treadmill will sculpt healthy bodies while offering a variety of entertainment options. This is a well-built machine that will always make exercise more enjoyable. It truly checks all of the boxes that we look for in a treadmill. Buy it without fear of regret. This machine has it all.
